Interpersonal - During my professional career, I've enjoyed interacting with a wide variety of people including my own geographically distributed team of 18 members, customers, and all trades personnel. I am skilled at tailoring my communication style to suit the circumstances and outcomes required.
Software applications - Fully conversant with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio and have extensive experience with creating and maintaining documentation. I am also familiar with the Linux operating system, mainly the Ubuntu and Mint distributions.

Photography and Videography - Although I consider myself to be in the ranks of "Competent Amateur", I can bring these skills to bear with the development of studies and reports that require these media to illustrate and support their intended messaging.
Practitioner - An early (and enjoyable) stage of my career was spent working in the field installing, commissioning and maintaining electronic telecommunication equipment. In addition to planning, logistics, and the use of instrumentation, the work also involved getting down to the nuts and bolts “on the tools” of installing hardware.
Analyst - I have always enjoyed working in a culture of continuous improvement, identifying procedures and environments that can benefit from enhancement. My involvement with business continuity and crisis management has given me the skill to distil critical business functions, identify and invoke resilience features for these.
